Sales

All sales are final. Items purchased through this website cannot be exchanged or returned. Multiple orders of the same item may be canceled by DaVinci's Dreams at any time.

Pre-orders: Please note that shipping times on our product pages are provisional, there may be delays to your order.

Oversold items

Occasionally, due to unforeseen technical errors in the website, items may be oversold. In the event your order is affected by such an error, your account will be promptly refunded for the item no longer in stock and you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping

For orders within the United Kingdom, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise stated. Postage and packaging charges will apply. If delivery is unsuccessful and packages returned to sender, we will not refund postage charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package. Postage can be insured using Royal Mail signed for option. There will be no refunds or replacements for packages that are damaged or lost unless this shipping option is chosen. If you would like your packaged insured, please choose the Royal Mail Signed For option.

International Shipping: Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise stated. All international packages will be sent Royal Mail International Standard. International postage can be insured using International Tracked and Signed option. There will be no refunds or replacements for packages that are damaged or lost unless this shipping option is chosen. If you would like your packaged insured, please choose International Tracked and Signed option. If you would like to change your shipping option after the order has been placed, please email us at orders@davincisdreams.com. Postage and packaging charges will apply. If packages are returned to sender, we will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package.

International Shipping: International Insured – Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise stated. All international insured packages will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. If you would like to change your shipping option after the order has been placed, please email us at orders@davincisdreams.com. Postage and shipping charges will apply. If packages are returned to sender, we will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package.

If ordering more than one item, it is possible that they will arrive in separate packages. We will offer combined shipping where possible. If this option is not available, we cannot combine shipping for multiple orders at this time.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time.

All products are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given or exchange provided as reasonable.

All items purchased from DaVinci’s Dreams are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

There will be no refunds or replacements for packages that are damaged or lost unless the appropriate shipping option is chosen. If you would like your package insured, please choose the Royal Mail Signed For option for orders posted to the United Kingdom and International Signed and Tracked for orders to be posted anywhere else in the World.

Product Description

DaVinci’s Dreams attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, DaVinci’s Dreams does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by DaVinci’s Dreams itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
